Sean Hainer brings nearly 40 years of executive leadership experience in finance, operations, budgeting, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has served as a chief financial officer and senior business executive, helping organizations build strong financial systems and plan for sustainable growth.

Prior to joining YSC Academy, Sean held leadership roles with diverse companies in sports, tech, and education. He also served in the U.S. Navy as a Supply Corps officer. In his spare time, he works with his local high school football team as the video coordinator and chapel speaker.

At YSC Academy, Sean will oversee the school’s financial and HR operations, contracts, and operational systems. He will directly support faculty and staff by helping manage and strengthen key operational systems, including payroll, benefits, purchasing procedures, onboarding, and employee policies. His goal is to ensure that resources are aligned with our strategy to build and reinforce our sustainable future.
