Meghan Carr is the Director of Development at YSC Academy, where she leads philanthropic strategy and stewardship, advancing the Academy’s unique integration of elite athletic training with a progressive, student-centered academic program. She brings extensive experience in independent school advancement and strategic organizational development.

Prior to joining YSC Academy, Meghan held a leadership role at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, supporting institutional priorities and operational planning. She previously served as Associate Director of Advancement at Notre Dame High School, where she strengthened donor engagement through strategic relationship-building and thoughtful stewardship.

Meghan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Rider University and a Certificate in Strategic Management from The Wharton School. Her work is informed by a deep respect for philanthropic partnership and a commitment to sustaining institutions that expand transformational opportunity.
